Chege Njoroge was admitted to the Kenyan bar as an Advocate in 2006. He chambered in the firm of Anjarwalla &Khanna Advocates for one year between 2004 and 2005 where he trained in commercial and corporate law including banking securities, mergers and acquisition, regulatory compliance and so forth. He thereafter joined the firm of Njoroge Regeru & Company for training in litigation and in 2008,he co-founded Lesinko & Njoroge Advocates.

Mr. Njoroge represents clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, winding up and receiverships, drafting and review of general and assorted commercial agreements relating to provision of goods and services, licensing, distribution, non-disclosure agreements, asset and share sale agreement, transfer of business undertakings, setting up of business entities, trusts, charities and foundations, advising on regulatory, compliance and legislative issues affecting the establishment and running of business operations and other not-for-profit organisations. He also acts for clients in intellectual property matters as well as in information and telecommunication law.

In addition, Mr. Njoroge has a wide experience in Litigation and Arbitration and has conducted cases at all levels of court from subordinate courts, High Court and the Court of Appeal on wide range of disputes such as contractual claims, winding-up proceedings, construction disputes, land disputes, labour and employment matters, debt collection, judicial review proceedings, constitution petitions and other disputes and criminal law.Mr. Njoroge also has a solid background in real estate and lending transactions and advises on matters relating to preparation of all manner of conveyancing and security documentation.
