Ms. Faith Ndambuki is an Associate Advocate in the Firm of Lesinko, Njoroge & Gathog Advocates. She was admitted to the Bar in 2025. Ms. Ndambuki practices in the Dispute Resolution Department of the Firm dealing with Commercial and Civil disputes and has handled various assignments touching on contract law, environment and land disputes, constitutional petitions, judicial review & employment and labour relations matters amongst others. She has appeared in a number of court proceedings, acting as counsel for Plaintiffs and for Defendants respectively.

- Attending Court for Hearings and Mentions in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Statutory Tribunals touching on varied aspects including employment & labour relations, land rights and environment, enforcement of contractual claims, constitutional petitions and judicial reviews etc both for private entities, government corporations and county governments. The Court attendances also involve making trial notes for the purpose of drafting submissions before the final determination of cases.
Managing litigation files by;
(a) Identifying the progress of cases, compliance with court procedures/processes and updating the same.
(b) Ensuring that all litigation files are not subjected to dismissal for want of prosecution.
(c) Meeting clients and preparing them for trial by explaining to them the trial process.
(d) Carrying out research work and drafting legal opinions and submissions on diverse areas of the Law as per each specific litigation file depending on the issues for determination. ·- Aside of the foregoing, Ms. Ndambuki volunteers occasionally by organizing visits to various children’s Homes in Nairobi County.
