• Offering legal and tax advisory services to numerous clients on regulatory and compliance issues relating to the setting up of trust corporations, foundations, companies, and other wealth preservation vehicles.

Asset Finance and Mortgage Finance

• Acting for Equity Bank, Kingdom Bank, in retail and corporate lending segments where the Firm handles on an ongoing basis,transactional work related to due diligence, preparation, stamping, registration and perfection of bank securities Involving both moveable and immovable properties.

Environment and Conservation

• Representing the County Government of Kajiado in judicial review proceedings instituted at the High Court of Kenya by a hazardous waste management and handling company contesting the legality and lawfulness of notices requiring certain actions to be taken by it for purposes of safeguarding environmental integrity and standards under the Environment and Management Co-ordination Act.
• Acting for the African Wildlife Foundation in setting up conservancies and drafting land leases to conserve wildlife migratory corridors in the Amboseli and Kilimanjaro Heartlands.
• Acting for Big Life Foundation in setting up Conservancies at Kimana in the Amboseli Ecosystem.
• Acting for the Kitenden Conservation Trust in its long-term lease with Conservation Equity Limited.
• Acting for Lumo Conservancy on leasing and incorporation of the Trust representing landowners.
• Representing Landowners of Olgulului Group Ranch and Kimana Conservancies (Amboseli Landowners Association) in negotiating a Carbon Credit Agreement with Soil for the Future Company Ltd.
• Drafted and registered a compensation trust for communities residing in the Amboseli Region to aid in minimizing the losses incurred through human and wildlife conflicts.

Real Estate

• Advising a Pension Fund in Nairobi on the acquisition of land where the Firm undertook due diligence, negotiated the terms of sale and dealt with the tax aspects arising from the purchase.
